" A well-proportioned three bedrooms mid terraced property located conveniently close to both the town, with its variety of leisure facilities and the beach. The property is well placed for both Primary and Secondary schooling and would make a good family home. The accommodation briefly comprises; hallway, lounge, kitchen breakfast with utility area and rear door to garden, to the first floor there are three bedrooms, shower room and separate WC. There are well sized front and rear gardens with an outbuilding to the rear providing storage and outside WC.
