" A three bedroom terraced house close to Wrexham Industrial Estate. The property has separate living room and dining room, three double bedrooms, spacious gardens and parking to the front.
Pentre Maelor is less than one mile from Wrexham Industrial Estate and approximately five miles to Wrexham Town Centre. There are a number of amenities in the locality including nursery, primary school, shops and take away restaurants. There is a regular bus service into Wrexham.

ENTRANCE HALL
The front door opens into the entrance hall where doorways lead to the living room, dining room, kitchen & utility room.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is fitted with beige coloured carpet, the walls are decorated in magnolia emulsion paint with stained skirting boards and architraves. A new gas heater has been fitted in the original fireplace.

DINING ROOM
In the dining room there is ample space for a large dining table; there are fitted storage cupboards. Deep-rose coloured carpet is laid to the floor and the decoration is neutral.

KITCHEN
A range of cream-fronted wall and base shaker-style units are fitted, with pine effect work-surface. The walls are fitted with terre cotta coloured tiles matching the floor. Kitchen appliances include free-standing electric oven with four ring electric hob, under counter fridge & freezer.

The first bedroom has enough space for a double bed and bedroom furniture. The carpet is cream coloured, matching the neutral decor.

OUTSIDE
