" On the fringe of the town centre, a two bedroom terrace house with a garden. The garden has a garden shed, lawn and fruit trees. The kitchen is complete with washing machine and cooker; the bathroom has a walk-in shower enclosure. Bury Street is within 0.5 miles of the Eagles Meadow shopping centre.

The property is heated from a gas fired combination boiler providing on-demand hot water; the windows and doors are double glazed. Included are floor coverings to all rooms: laminate floor to living room and dining area, soft floor covering to the kitchen and bathroom, new carpets are fitted in the bedrooms. The living room and dining area windows have Venetian blinds; the living room and bedrooms have full length curtains.

LIVING ROOM
