" A MODERN THREE BEDROOM SEMI STANDING IN A VILLAGE CUL-DE-SAC AVAILABLE WITH NO ONGOING CHAIN. This property is one of a small cul-de-sac development of similar houses situated towards the fringe of the village conveniently placed about two miles from Sainsbury's roundabout; Croesnewydd Business Park and the Maelor Hospital, and about three miles from Wrexham town centre. There is also access onto the A483 at its junction with Ruthin Road, from where Chester is about 11 miles away.
