" AVAILABLE NOVEMBER

Beautifully presented, a four bedroom detached house with double garage and two gardens. Situated on a new development, this former show home has straight forward road links to Wrexham and the surrounding area.

The house is heated from a gas fired, pressurized central heating and hot water system. Meeting current building regulations for home insulation; the property is uPVC double glazed and has deep loft and cavity wall insulation. The property is decorated is designer wall covering to lounge, dining room, cloakroom, bedrooms, bathroom, hall, stairs and landing: gloss painted white skirting, architraves and internal panel doors.
