" On the fringe of the town centre, a three bedroom terrace house with a garden. A new kitchen and bathroom has been fitted as part of a refurbishment. The kitchen is complete with washing machine and cooker; the bathroom has a shower fitted over the bath. Vernon Street is within 0.5 miles of Wrexham Town Centre and the railway station.

The property is heated from a gas fired combination boiler providing on-demand hot water; the windows and doors are double glazed. Included are new floor coverings to all rooms: vinyl floor covering to the kitchen and bathroom, carpets are fitted in the lounge, dining room and bedrooms. Curtain poles have been fitted above the lounge, dining room and bedroom windows. The internal six panel doors and woodwork are gloss painted white; the walls have been emulsion painted magnolia.

LIVING ROOM
The front door opens into the living room. The brown carpet has a hemp texture; the metal curtain poles have decorative finials. A Georgian style door divides the lounge and dining room.

DINING ROOM
The walls are emulsion painted and the carpet fitted is in the same image as the lounge. A cupboard under the stairs is useful for storing the vacuum cleaner etc. From the dining room, a quarter turn staircase leads to the bedrooms.

KITCHEN
The kitchen door and drawer fronts have a white cottage style design finished with brushed chrome knobs. A washing machine and electric cooker is connected with space available to put a fridge. A slate grey laminate tile floor is laid in the kitchen and bathroom.

BATHROOM
The new white sanitary ware has chrome fittings. An electric shower has been fitted over the bath. The room has white tiled walls to ceiling height.

BEDROOM ONE
To the front of the house, the double bedroom has two awning windows.

BEDROOM TWO
The colour scheme is repeated in the second bedroom; magnolia emulsion painted walls, white woodwork and beige seashell style carpet.

BEDROOM THREE
A third bedroom is connected off the second bedroom. The room will comfortable accommodate a single bed and furniture.

GARDEN
The garden has a concrete path dividing the lawn; a rustic brick wall on one boundary and timber panel fence on the others.
