" Huncote is a popular rural village which benefits from a thriving community with many local amenities which include the leisure centre, post office, local shops, a public house, playgroup and primary school. The village also has social clubs for all ages, a bus service to Leicester City Centre and motorway links to the M1/M69 and close proximity to Narborough train station. This Semi Detached Home is situated in the popular rural village of Huncote, having been extended. The property benefits from an entrance porch which gives access to the Entrance Hall and Downstairs Cloakroom which is fitted with a low level wc and wash hand basin.
