" A beautifully presented two bedroom detached bungalow situated in this highly desirable village of Queniborough which itself benefits from gas fired central heating and double glazing. The accommodation itself is entered via a glazed door into entrance porch which has door giving access to the entrance hall. The lounge has window overlooking the front elevation, wall mounted lighting, electric coal effect fire with tiled surround and television point. The dining kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with roll edge work surfaces over, gas hob with extractor hood over, electric oven and grill, built in pantry, one and a half stainless steel sink and drainer unit with mixer tap, complimentary tiled splashbacks, tile effect vinyl flooring, plumbing for washing machine and glazed door giving access to the sun room. The sun room is of UPVC double glazed and brick construction, door giving access to the side and rear. There are two double bedrooms, both having built in wardrobes.
