" A traditional bay fronted three bedroom semi detached family home situated on the ever popular Fosse Way. The property benefits from gas central heating, UPVC double glazing with refitted open plan kitchen, conservatory and rear garden. The accommodation is entered via a glazed composite door into entrance hall which has stairs to first floor, wood effect flooring, under stairs cupboard and door to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen has recently been re fitted with a range of high gloss wall and base units with work surfaces over, electric hob with extractor chimney over, electric oven and grill, stainless steel sink and drainer unit with mixer tap and vinyl flooring. The dining area has French doors opening to the lounge and sliding double glazed doors to the conservatory. The conservatory being of UPVC and brick construction, has TV point, laminate flooring and French doors to the rear garden. The lounge has a bay window to the front with picture rail, feature cast iron fire place with wooden surround, marble hearth, TV point and wood effect flooring. Bedroom two also has a range of built in wardrobes and window to the front. Bedroom three has a window to the front. Outside to the front is a good sized gravelled driveway providing ample off road parking for several vehicles being fenced and hedged to boundaries with timber gate. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden having paved patio area, shaped lawn with decked seating area having timber pergola over, block built workshop with power, light and window.
