" BM Estates are very pleased to offer this three bedroom mid terraced property located in Spinney Hills Leicester, this terrace property is immaculately presented throughout and benefits from two reception rooms and three bedrooms.

Upon arrival at the property the front entrance door opens into the reception hallway which has a wood laminated floor. There are doors to both reception rooms with reception room one having a glazed window to the front aspect and coving to the ceiling.
