The lounge has a real flame gas fire and fireplace, radiator, picture rail and window to the front. The kitchen area has an electric and gas cooker point, cooker hood, plumbing for a washing machine, space for a fridge freezer, wood laminate floor, wall and base cupboards and work surfaces. An archway leads through to the dining room with radiator, picture rail and door to the rear garden. The first floor has a good size landing with doors off. There are four bedrooms, of which three are double rooms. The bathroom is fitted with a suite comprising of a bath with shower over, W.C. and wash basin and is fully tiled with a radiator and uPVC double glazed window to the rear. There is garden to the side of the property with two storage sheds and the rear garden has a lawn and flower beds.
