" Offered for sale with no onward chain, an opportunity to purchase a deceptively spacious semi detached dormer style property which offers potential for improvement but benefits from gas fired central heating and is majority double glazed. The property is entered via a front door into an entrance hallway which has an internal door that leads to an inner hall which gives way to all rooms. There is a large open plan lounge/diner with a window to the front, open tread stairs leading off to the first floor, gas coal effect fire with tiled hearth and backcloth and French doors opening onto the rear garden. The ground floor double bedroom has a bay window to the front elevation. The bathroom has a suite comprising of bath with shower over and pedestal wash hand basin, there is also an airing cupboard housing the water tank and access to the loft. There is a separate WC with a window to the side. Directions Approaching Thurmaston via Syston continue along the A607 Melton Road, over the large traffic island onto the Thurmaston dual carriageway, turn left at the traffic lights onto Humberstone Lane, proceed along eventually turning left onto Herricks Avenue, right onto Hill Rise where the property can be found on the left hand side.
