" Approached via a wooden picket style fence leading you to your upvc front door with an inner porch which in turn leads to the entrance hall with stairs off to the first floor and features an original Terrazzo stone floor. You can access both the Lounge and Kitchen Diner from the hall way. At the front of the property is the Lounge which has a bay window with feature seating area and storage beneath, coal effect gas fireplace set in a decorative cast iron surround with wooden mantle piece over, picture rails and storage cupboard. Expanding the rear of the property is the fantastic Kitchen Diner which comprises sink and drainer unit with mixer tap over set in work surfaces extending to provide a range of base units and drawers under with matching eye level units over.
