" Situated in Old Aylestone, this extended semi detached family home is presented to a high standard throughout and must be viewed internally in order to appreciate the property in full. Local shops, services and amenities are conveniently close by. The property is approached by steps and driveway to the front entrance door opening into the reception hallway. From here doors open into the lounge and a kitchen/dining room and stairs rise to the first floor. The lounge has a double glazed window to the front aspect, feature fire and surround and open access to the dining room which has French doors opening onto the patio area of the garden. A good size kitchen/dining room has a range of fitted matching base and eye level units with roll edge work surfaces. There is a fitted oven and hob with extractor over and further appliance space.
