" Offered with no upward chain is this three bedroom semi-detached property. Conveniently located for both Wigston Magna and South Wigston the property has undergone a partial refurbishment to include a complete rewiring of the first floor, recently fitted UPVC double glazed windows in some rooms, a shatterproof porch window and newly refitted bathroom. Although some work is needed to complete the task especially on the ground floor, the property is largely a blank canvas ready for any potential buyer to put their own stamp on.
