" Situated on the popular Fairfield estate within easy reach of daily amenities and a regularly serviced bus route is this semi detached family property. The property benefits from gas central heating, double glazing, off road parking and garage. Upon entering the property you a greeted with a central hallway with doors off to the ground floor accommodation and a useful under stairs storage cupboard. The open plan lounge diner has a light and airy feel with wooden flooring throughout and French doors that lead out onto the rear garden. The kitchen has been re-fitted with a range of β€œshaker style” units with wooden work surfaces over, Belfast sink and space for a range of appliances. Off the first floor landing there are three good sized bedrooms and re-fitted family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin, low level wc and tiled throughout. To the outside of the property there is a gravelled fore garden with mature shrubs. A good sized driveway provides off road parking and leads to a single detached garage.
