" A well maintained mid terrace house, situated within walking distance of a range of daily amenities and South Wigston train station. With gas central heating and uPVC double glazing the property would make an ideal first time buy. To the ground floor there are two separate reception rooms, the first room is decorated in neutral tones and has an inset gas coal effect fire set in a wooden surround. The rear reception room is used as a dining room and has wood effect laminate flooring and a useful under stairs storage cupboard. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of base and wall mounted units and has space for a range of appliances. Leading from the kitchen is a rear lobby and ground floor bathroom. To the first floor are two double bedrooms that are both nicely decorated, and a further single bedroom which is currently used as a study. Externally there is a walled frontage and side entrance that leads to the rear of the property. The rear garden is fully enclosed and is paved with flower borders and a garden shed.
