This stunning and significantly extended three bedroom semi-detached family home occupies a magnificent corner plot within a sought after residential area. The home is conveniently located for a range of local amenities and the single storey side extension accommodates a dining area that sits open plan to the kitchen. The plot would allow ample scope for further enlargement, subject to planning, without compromising the garden space.

The home itself includes and covered porch and on into an entrance hall, with window to the front and side elevations, stairs rising to the first floor, under stairs meter cupboard and a large cloakroomstorage cupboard. From the entrance hall you then enter the main lounge.
