" This significantly extended three bedroom semi-detached property is offered in good decorative order and occupies a plot within walking distance of Wigston Magna. Providing flexible and versatile living accommodation the property benefits from a spacious kitchen/diner, ground floor wet room and an additional room on the ground floor created through extension that could be used as a fourth bedroom or a second reception room if required. The property boasts gas fired central heating, majority UPVC double glazed windows and landscaped rear garden. The doors on the ground floor are suitable for wheelchair use if needed. The property can be accessed via two places. A timber front door or a UPVC door to the side. Both lead through to respective hallways.
