" This three bedroom semi-detached property has been significantly extended and improved by the current vendor. Located in close proximity to Wigston Town Centre the property benefits from majority UPVC double glazed windows and gas fired central heating via a combination boiler. The layout of the property has been well thought out with the current vendor cleverly creating a first floor bathroom whilst retaining all three bedrooms. The property briefly comprises an entrance area with stairs rising to the first floor and a door that leads into the living room. The living room itself boasts a living flame electric fire set into a feature fireplace, with timber mantelpiece and granite surround and raised hearth. There is a single sliding door that leads into a superb refitted kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner has been finished to a very high standard to include a range of fitted base and wall mounted units, solid granite work surfaces, sunken porcelain sink drainer, and space for a range cooker.
