" An architecturally designed detached family home full of space and light within walking distance of Oakham town centre, in a most sought after residential area.

ACCOMMODATION The property is entered via a canopy porch which leads into the entrance hall with solid wood flooring, large cloaks cupboard with internal lighting, cloakroom and wooden stairs off to the first floor. The sitting room has solid oak flooring, stone fireplace with hearth and a bay window which allows maximum light into the room. The ground floor also offers a large family room and a fitted living kitchen featuring solid wood flooring with underfloor heating, SMEG range cooker and walk in pantry. There is also a comprehensive range of wall mounted cupboards and granite work surfaces, built in dishwasher and space for further appliances. Double glazed doors from the kitchen leads to a large paved patio area and garden. The downstairs accommodation is completed by a study and a utility room. The ground floor also features an integrated vacuum system throughout.
