" A well presented detached three bedroom bungalow in a lovely position on the fringes of the market town of Presteigne. The property has been updated by the current owners and has newly fitted carpets, kitchen and bathroom suites. Offered for sale with NO ONWARD CHAIN.

Introduction A detached bungalow which has been refurbished by the current owners to offer light and spacious accommodation with newly fitted carpets, UPVC double glazing and gas heating, situated in a pleasant cul de sac on the edge of the popular market town of Presteigne with views onto the surrounding countryside.

Further afield is the market town of Knighton, 7 miles, with the train station with the Heart of Wales line running through to Swansea. Ludlow, 18 miles, offers a wide range of restaurants and hosts the iconic Ludlow Food Festival.
