" In a great position enjoying wonderful views of the Beacons. A spacious, detached bungalow with level gardens, parking and garage. Recently decorated it has a new kitchen and bathroom, three bedrooms and living room. It also has gas central heating and uPVC double glazing. No Chain.

The property has been recently redecorated and has a new bathroom and kitchen. Inside the entrance hall has two storage cupboards and leads to the living which overlooks the garden and enjoys views of the Beacons. There is also a modern kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bathroom and three bedrooms.
The gardens are a real feature of the property. Occupying a generous corner plot, it is mainly lawned to the front and side and has a tarmac drive leading to the garage. The rear garden is enclosed and south facing, again mainly to lawn it has a paved patio and views of the Beacons. The property also has gas central heating and uPVC double glazing.

Pendre Gardens is a popular yet quiet residential area of Brecon. Within easy reach of the centre, it is away from the main road and on a bus route. Brecon is a traditional market town, the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
