" INTRODUCTION An ideal first time buy or rental investment, this one bedroom first floor flat is in a popular location and available with no onward chain. To both the front and rear are views and there is off road residents parking. There is a good sized lounge and a double bedroom along with a kitchen and bathroom. Double glazed, the property has warm air heating and would benefit from some modernisation.

Lingmoor Rise is convenient for a range of amenities including Kendal leisure centre, Asda superstore, both secondary and primary schools and nearby commuter links via Oxenholme train station to the West Coast mainline or into Kendal town centre.
