" A deceptively spacious, 3 bedroom house with 2 reception areas, ideally placed for primary and secondary schools, level walks into Kendal town centre and access to the countryside. This home will appeal to families, First Time Buyers and those wishing to let out. 

ACCOMMODATION The entrance hall is spacious with an ample storage cupboard having hanging for cloaks and space for a condensing tumble dryer. There is also an understairs storage area.

A wall mounted pebble effect electric fire provides a stylish, useful and cosy focal point in the lounge and there are views to the front of the property. An archway leads into the dining area where the generous window allows light to flood through, there are views into the rear, easily maintained garden. The gas fired boiler is to be found in here and it heats the domestic hot water and warm air vented central heating. There is access into the rear hallway which has a recess for a fridge freezer and a UPVC double glazed door leading into the rear garden.
