" INTRODUCTION Situated on one of Kendal's most popular developments, this is a three bedroom detached bungalow with excellent scope to adapt or extend (subject to planning). The property already has a modern kitchen and shower room and has undergone numerous improvements over recent years. The rear garden is a good size and well planted. Available with no onward chain, viewing is recommended of what we feel will be a popular choice.

DIRECTIONS Leave Kendal heading South (A6) along Milnthorpe Road passing Kendal College on the right hand side. At the traffic lights proceed straight on and continue up and over the hill passing Stonecross Manor Hotel. Take the next left into Kent Park Ave and at the junction turn right into Bellingham Road. Follow the road round to the left and left again onto Riverbank Road, the property is located to the right hand side.
