" INTRODUCTION Situated in an elevated position, this greatly extended detached family home offers excellent well balanced 4 bedroom accommodation with en suite facilities, conservatory and large driveway. Located on the western fringes of the town, a short distance from Kendal College, Vicarage Park Primary and Kirkbie Kendal Secondary School. The town centre can be reached on foot although there is a regular bus service and Oxenholme & Kendal Train Station approx. 2 mile away. It provides easy access to Kendal bypass for M6 also.  

DIRECTIONS On entering Kendal from the South pass Romneys on the left and at the traffic lights, continue straight on. Take a left turn after Kendal College into Vicarage Drive and proceed up the hill past Vicarage Park School. Follow the road around the bend and continue up the hill. Upon reaching the junction with Stainbank Road turn right and take the first left into Aldercroft. The property is to be found facing you as you drive into the cul de sac.
