" INTRODUCTION Overlooking the green on this popular development, this is a three bedroomed mid terraced house, ideal for the local family buyer. Requiring some works of modernisation, the property already has gas central heating and double glazing and there is off road parking to the front. The amenities are all within walking distance and the primary school directly opposite. Local occupancy restriction applies.
