" An excellent property in a great location at a realistic price. This post war, bow window, three bedroom semi detached property is an ideal family home. There is some cosmetic and refurbishment work to be done, hence the attractive price! It comprises on the ground floor of a lounge a dining room and a kitchen/diner. There has been a single storey flat roof extension making the kitchen and dining rooms larger and with french doors leading from the dining room to the rear terrace. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a front garden with a wall and the driveway leads to a detached garage. The rear garden has a greenhouse and a shed and has a lawn area and borders with mature trees and shrubs. Viewing is highly recommended.
