" INTRODUCTION Located on a level walk into Arnside Village, this is a detached two bedroom bungalow with a good sized garden. Arnside is to be found tucked away in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, overlooking the Kent Estuary with stunning views across to Grange Over Sands and the Lake District mountains. The local railway station has links to Manchester, Grange, Ulverston and Barrow. The M6 motorway is closeby at junction 35 and 36.

EXTERNAL The front garden has gates leading to the gravelled parking area, lawned and shrub beds. There is a small garage, ideal for storage and an external light. DIRECTIONS From our offices in Milnthorpe proceed towards Arnside passing through Sandside and Carr Bank. At the junction under the railway bridge turn left. To the left hand side is a small lane of detached bungalows, number 10 is the far end one and can be accessed from either end of the lane. 

GENERAL INFORMATION N.B.
