THE LOCATION Broadfields Park is a residential park tucked off Oxcliffe Road. Oxcliffe Road runs from Heysham Road to Mellishaw Lane and the Heysham By Pass with open fields to one side. With this location the site is ideally situated with good access to the town centres of both Morecambe and Lancaster. Heysham village is just a short drive away with all the shops, local amenities and leisure options on hand. THE MODEL The Dolben Lodge by Tingdene Homes measures 40 ft by 20 ft (12.192m by 6.096m). It is an elegant and spacious modern park home which is double bay fronted with stone corner detailing adding a traditional feel, full of character. The internal accommodation is spacious and contemporary offering a bright hallway, modern lounge diner with bay window and gable windows, an ivory shaker style breakfast kitchen with integrated appliances and breakfast bar, two double bedrooms, master en suite shower room and walk in wardrobe and a three piece family bathroom. THE ACCOMMODATION The hallway is bright and welcoming, natural light flows through the double glazed front door and from the hallway there is access to the living accommodation to one side and the bedrooms and bathrooms to the other side. A built in cupboard gives storage space for coats and shoes. The home is immaculately presented throughout offering pleasant accommodation.
The lounge has a focal point fire with living flame gas fire and again is bright with windows to two side, one being a bay window. There's satelitte TV and a telephone point. The dining room is accessed through an archway making it handy for the kitchen too and ideal for entertaining. Opening from the dining room is a modern fitted breakfast kitchen with ivory shaker style cabinetry and a breakfast bar. The roll top work surface is wood block effect and there are integrated appliances including a Baumatic 4 ring gas hob, matching oven below and extractor above. There is also an integrated fridge freezer and the Vaillant gas combination boiler is housed in a matching cupboard.
The two bedrooms are generous, both being doubles with fitted bedroom furniture and the master bedroom has an en-suite three piece shower room and generous walk in wardrobe. Bedroom two has a bay window. The parkhome also offers a three piece family bathroom with modern bath suite.
