" This semi detached bungalow located in popular area of Heysham is fully modernised and ready to move straight into. There's a garage, gated driveway and garden. With a fantastic location, close to local amenities and the link road too this is a must see property. Available with no chain.

Location Laureston Avenue is a quiet cul de sac in popular Heysham. It's the type of place where families settle, grow and seldom move on. It's easy to see why considering what the area has to offer and with the recent introductions of a new health centre and fitness centre, not to mention the link road which will soon connect Heysham to the M6, Heysham just goes from strength to strength. Heysham itself is a popular area for many reasons and this part is itself is a real family area. Close by there are local primary schools along with two convenience stores and a post office. There is a regular bus service connecting the local towns and direct to the city of Lancaster. The historic Heysham Village is not too far away which offers pleasing walks along the Cliffs of Morecambe Bay and then down onto the shore and there are popular Public Houses which also serves food and has entertainment in the summer months.
