What we like 'This is a home with so much scope. You could live in it just as it is. You could even create something special by extending the upper floor by adding dormer windows. We like it when a home has extra potential. It can grow with you!' About the area Harrowdale Park is a pleasant and tranquil cul-de-sac found at the edge of the popular village of Halton. Nestled within the Lune Valley it offers a great base for enjoying fantastic walks along the banks of the river Lune, exploring the forest of Bowland and the southern Lake District. There is a busy and thriving community here in Halton with an array of amenities including (but not exclusive of) local shops, a hair salon, doctors surgery, pharmacy, public house, social club, community hall and a good primary school. The village offers different types of homes from small bungalows through to larger detached homes giving the village a good mix of people. Lancaster City and the M6 are less than 20 minutes away. About this home Towards the bottom of the cul-de-sac and offering views beyond its neighbors to the hills and fields of the Lune valley, this spacious 2 bed bungalow resides.
