A beautifully presented three bedroom family home, situated on the edge of town. Being slightly elevated, the rear of the property has fantastic views over the rooftops, fields and fells, whilst from bedroom two there is also views of the sea in the distance. The accommodation comprises good sized entrance porch, which opens into the entrance hall. From the hall, you come to the lounge, which has a light and airy feel, boasting a beautiful modern wood burning stove. The lounge leads into the dining area, which in turn opens into the sun lounge, both of which make a great entertaining space. The sun lounge has double doors which open out to the rear garden and views over the fells. The garden is split into two levels, the top tier comprises a large patio area, which also provides access to the garage, kitchen and the front garden. The lower tier is laid to lawn and would make a suitable play area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which are good sized doubles. The family bathroom has tiled walls and floor, with underfloor heating (not tested) and a modern white suite comprising shower bath, pedestal wash hand basin and WC. EPC rating is grade C. Churchill Drive can be found off Pannatt Hill on the edge of Millom, with views over the fells. Located with access to all of the local facilities that the town has to offer including schools and a leisure/sports centre.
