A semi detached house on the outskirts of Millom with rear views from the home and garden over farmland to Blackcombe and the lower fells of Cumbria. Set on a corner plot, the front garden is an expanse of lawn with hedge boundary and open view from the first floor window over playing fields and towards the Duddon estuary. The property is in need of some updating whilst benefitting from a gas central heating system, double glazed windows and door to the front along with modern white bathroom suite incorporating a shower over the panel bath and tiled splashbacks. The accommodation briefly comprises a generous entrance hall with open understairs area and staircase to one side. A door opening into the lounge which has a gas fire in surround along with a further door to the rear dining room which overlooks the garden and its fell views beyond. From the dining room a door opens to the kitchen with sink below the rear window and a door giving access to the side and gardens.
