Location Built in 1991 Forest park is conveniently located on the outskirts of Lancaster city centre in an area known as the March, positioned close to the railway station and only a short walking distance from the city itself. The area is a mixture of victorian terrace homes all the way through to more modern town house developments, which attracts a diverse clientele from young family looking to be close to good schools, to professional couples looking to be close to the city centre and its amenities. This home is located on a regular bus route providing great access to the city centre and local universities. The living space The property was built in early 1991 and benefits from Three Bedrooms two of which are doubles, Three piece bathroom suite, modern kitchen with dining area and utility space finishing the property at the front there is the lounge with bay window to the front elevation.
