About the area Hala is a very popular residential area which attracts a diverse clientele from young first time buyers, growing families, students and academics and the retired. The area has excellent amenities close by that include schools, shops, Booths supermarket and some popular pubs. The area is approximately 2 miles south of the city centre and due it's location it is very convenient for both of the Universities and the Hospital. About this home This modern semi detached home is an ideal property to move straight into. Once inside you will find a generous size living room with an open staircase leading up to the first floor.
