Think new kitchen and bathroom and soft neutral decor! The roof has been replaced, new gas central heating and upvc double glazed windows installed. The views are excellent....looking out over Hala Green. NO CHAIN.

THE LOCATION Hala is a very popular location south of Lancaster. The direct area mainly consists of semi detached and terrace homes many with gardens creating an area of much greenery. Booths supermarket is close by, the university is only a short drive and there are excellent schools in the neighbourhood. Buses to both the the city and university run close by.
