" Shrewsbury Drive is located on a quiet street, away from the main road, in the popular Bowerham area. There are various shops including Post Office, pub, pharmacy and takeaway in the local area. Bowerham offers access to good primary schools, and is within walking distance to the University of Cumbria and Royal Lancaster Infirmary.

The house itself is set back from the road with gated driveway leading up to the garage. The entrance porch leads into a good size hallway, giving access to the ground floor rooms and staircase to the first floor. There is a large lounge to the front and a further reception room at the rear which flows into the kitchen. To the first floor are three bedrooms, two of which have built-in storage.
