ABOUT THE LOCATION Torrisholme Road is a popular residential road which links the North part of Lancaster up with the village of Torrisholme in Morecambe. The road itself mainly consists of semi detached homes although there are a few bungalows and detached properties along the way. Close by there are a wide variety of local amenities, businesses and schools. Also close to hand you will find Ryelands Park which is a public park and was given to the residents of Lancaster by Lord Ashton, a local industrialist, whose family home was Ryelands House. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT??? This semi detached home has been extended to the rear and would be an ideal family home. The ground floor has an attractive hallway and there are two rather generous reception rooms. The ground floor also offers a modern fitted kitchen which looks out over the rear. Upstairs you will discover three well proportioned bedrooms and a four piece bathroom suite. Externally buyers will find there is ample off road parking available which leads down the side of the home towards the garage. The rear garden is very large and really has to be seen to be believed and will be ideal for the children to run and play whilst you sit and enjoy the summer sunshine. To the centre of the room there is an attractive feature fireplace and the room has been well presented with modern decoration.
