Location Positioned off Watery Lane this semi-detached property is located in a quiet area of north Lancaster. The area is mostly built up of semi-detached properties attracting many families, as the property lies between both Lancaster Ryelands Primary School and Morecambe and Heysham Grosvenor Park Primary School, both achieving ofsted good reports. This home is soon to benefit from being close to the new M6 link road connecting Heysham to the m6 motorway making any commuters journey much easier.
