ABOUT THE LOCATION ... Scale Hall is a popular residential area located centrally between Lancaster and Morecambe. The area predominately comprises semi detached homes, many with generously sized gardens, although bungalows and town houses and also apartments also appear. Local amenities include primary schools and nurseries, convenience stores and supermarkets and a post office to name a few. Regular buses connect Lancaster and Morecambe and there is also a cycle path into the towns. Ryelands Park is close by. Whernside Road is a particularly sought after street, with this home offering excellent views to the rear across Lancaster towards the Ashton Memorial. A BRIEF DESCRIPTION... This home will appeal to many and has been very well maintained and presented throughout. The main entrance is to the side opening into a hallway which has the stairs to the first floor and a handy ground floor wc. Buyers will find a generous sized lounge with a feature fireplace, space to dine and a modern fitted kitchen with access out to the rear.
