The ground floor starts with a hall opening into the lounge and there is also a kitchen diner and conservatory whilst the first floor has three good sized bedrooms and the bathroom. Externally there are gardens to the front and rear with a long driveway leading to a single garage. From the first floor main bedroom you have great view towards the Priory, Ashton Memorial and King Georges field. We really do think this could be your ideal home so please arrange a viewing. The staircase leads up to the first floor area and a doorway opens up into the main living space. MODERN LOUNGE Many buyers will like this living room as not only has it been decorated in a modern fashion but it also offers plenty of space as well.
