" BEAUTIFUL PERIOD HOME!!....4 GENEROUS BEDROOMS!!.....MANY ORIGINAL FEATURES!! Portland Street is a beautiful home that has been fully renovated to be in keeping with the home's period. Stripped wooden floors flow throughout, sash windows have been restored to work, the roof has been insulated and re-laid. The reception rooms are spacious, the kitchen cottage in style. The top floor is one huge bedroom and could easily be split into two (making a 5 bed home). Must see!

THE LOCATION Portland Street has an enviable location in the on the edge of the city, a residential location that is very popular with professionals, academics and families alike. It is within walking distance of the both the city centre with it's shopping and cultural entertainment and the canal which provides pleasing countryside walks.
