If travelling to the property from Glenrothes Town Centre it can be easily located by travelling eastbound along the Queensway which is the A911, take a right at the roundabout onto the A92 heading southbound. Continue to the Bankhead round about where you would take the 5th exit onto the Kinglassie Road, which is the B921. At the Stenton round about take a left onto Mar Drive, then first left at the mini roundabout. Proceed to the first junction where you would take a left onto Balmoral Road, this then proceeds up onto Hatton Green. The property can be found on the left side of the cul-de-sac.
