" This superb link-detached villa is situated in a quiet and popular residential area of St Andrews at the end of a cul de sac and opposite a well kept childrens play park. There is easy access to the town centre with its university, schools, beaches, golf courses, shops and restaurants. The property is presented in excellent decorative order and benefits from gas fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double glazing throughout. It has been successfully extended to create a spacious family home. On the ground floor of the property is the spacious open plan lounge and dining room. This is an immaculately presented L-shaped room with large windows to the front and glazed double doors opening to the conservatory. The conservatory is a good sized sunny room with electricity and light and a door opening on to the patio. The modern kitchen is to the rear of the property and is well fitted with wall and floor storage units, integrated oven, hob and extractor hood, fridge and dishwasher.
