" This superbly presented property has been the subject of a programme of upgrading and renovation over the course of the last year and comes to the market presented in absolutely immaculate decorative order. It is positioned in a popular residential area of St Andrews within close walking distance of supermarket, St Andrews community hospital and the bus route which services the whole town. There is easy access to the town centre with its university, golf courses, beaches, shops, bars, restaurants etc.
Number 17 benefits from gas fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double gazing throughout. The front door opens into the entrance hall which is a bright and airy space with room under the stairs, suitable for multiple uses including a study area, cloakroom etc. A glazed door opens to the lounge which is open plan to the dining kitchen. This L shaped room is immaculately presented, with wooden floors throughout, and with defined areas created by a large breakfast bar which separates the kitchen from the lounge. Large picture windows look to the front of the house and patio doors open to the garden. The kitchen is well fitted with stylish and modern units with integrated double oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, with space remaining at one side for a dining table and chairs.
