" Millbank House is a particularly spacious semi detached stone built property, which was believed to be constructed mid 19th century. The property offers an impressive large garden to the rear and within offers many superb features throughout such as original doors, high skirtings and attractive wood panelling. The property is entered via double timber doors, which open, into the entrance vestibule. A further large timber door with glazed panes and side panels opens into the large hallway. Deep walk in cupboard. The sitting room offers an attractive Bow window, shelving, wall press and picture rail. The impressive lounge again offers a Bow window, wall press, picture rail and marble style fireplace with gas fire. The dining room, with wall press, offers a window to the rear. The kitchen in located to the rear of the property and is fitted with base and wall units with solid oak doors, with complimenting work surfaces and stainless steel sink with drainer. Built in oven, gas hob and fridge. Ample space to dine. Ceramic wall tiling. Deep cupboard and press. From the kitchen a door leads through to the rear hallway. Within this section of the property there is the potential to adapt this area- subject to consents. There is a large utility/work shop offering windows to the side and to the rear, an additional storage cupboard and a small w.c. with small wash hand basin. Opaque window.
