" This super family home underwent an extensive refurbishment and extension programme in 2014 and now offers very comprehensive, spacious and adaptable accommodation laid out over three floors.
At the front of the property there is a good sized driveway for several cars, secured from the road by a wrought iron railings and sliding electronic gate.
On the ground floor a particularly nice feature is the kitchen/breakfast room which has been fitted with twin ovens, steam oven, microwave oven, 6 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and wine fridge. This area is open plan to the dining room and family sitting area, ideal for anyone who enjoys entertaining or has a large family. The drawing room is deceptively spacious with a lovely fireplace and doors out onto the south facing terrace.
Upstairs the bedrooms are all of good proportions with the master suite having a great walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. On the top floor the current owners have set up a gym, but equally this could be another double bedroom.
The garden to the rear is another excellent feature. Immediately outside of the drawing room and family room is a lovely terrace that enjoys a southerly aspect.
