" This lovely three bedroom semi-detached Victorian cottage is ideally situated on a quiet residential road in a charming area on the East/West Molesey border. It is just a short walk away from the high street with its many local shops and restaurants plus nearby is Kingston-upon-Thames and the vibrant village of East Molesey overlooking the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace. Transport links are good, with easy access into Waterloo (Hampton Court Station 1.5 miles, Esher Station 2.1 miles) and the A3 less than 5 miles away. The property also falls into catchment for the popular state schools in the area.
The house is offered in excellent condition and whilst completely modernised offers a wealth of period features.
